- How do I add my information to PDF files?

- I’ve lost the product files or my computer crashed
- We will send you the product manually via email if within 30 days from date of purchase
- If it’s been over 30 days since you purchased the lost files there will be a $15 charge per product
- The download link expired before 24 hours
- Contact Rachel by either method below within 24 hours from purchase and she’ll be happy to help
- My computer cannot open the product files
- Email Rachel@CherylHeppard.com and we’ll try another method of sending the files
- Why do the .doc files look so different from the PDF files?
- Formatting differs from computer to computer so editable files may not look like the corresponding PDF
- What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
- Give us a call! Refunds are given within 7 days from date of purchase, no questions asked!

Digital Product Return Policy
If within 7 days from original purchase date you don’t feel the package is suitable for you and your clients, simply call us at 1-248-592-0869 and we will gladly refund your money, minus a 5% processing fee…NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Please keep in mind that we allow only 1 return per client. A second return request will result in cancellation of subscription. Due to the nature of digital files, this is to help us keep producing the highest quality products and to also protect our clients as well as ourselves against plagiarism.
